Beautiful fiber art starts with the the basics. Quality alpaca fiber, roving, yarns and tools. Our Tipp City location is Ohio Alpaca Textiles where we produce roving & core spun yarns of extraordinary quality and extremely soft. We carry everything you need; new & used spinning wheels, looms, spindles, niddy noddys, rug yarn, needles, hooks and patterns. Retail in the front, workshop area & fiber processing in the back!

Alpaca at Home

With eleven looms in-house, NWAT hand weaves beautiful alpaca rugs, mats, throws and pillow tops to complement any room. We provide customers in Dayton, Ohio and across the country custom sizes and colors to match your decor and physical sizing needs.  Natural fiber dryer balls soften clothes and cut drying time without chemicals or additives.

My alpaca socks from New World Alpaca Textiles are the most comfortable and durable socks I have ever worn. They are still as silky soft as the day I bought them. The socks allow my feet to breath and stay toasty warm, even in sub zero temperatures. I expect they will keep them cool in warm weather as well. My wife also loves her alpaca socks, and reminded me that there's no need for slippers when you wear them around the house. I just had to buy another pair. Just slip them on, and your feet will thank you ​for years to come.

I plow snow for a living, and those boot socks are so warm I never worry about my toes freezing. They're great while on the job, or while getting cozy on the couch - ​they're the perfect socks.

​My garden had been poor for a few years. Last year I used Maryann's alpaca manure on it. I had the best garden in 15 years. Delicious tomatoes and I canned 60 quarts. My Sugar Baby watermelon weighed 12 pounds. Works great and is safe to use.
